Moscow China Trade Center is currently the only project in Russia invested, constructed and operated by Chinese parties. Located in the northeastern district of Moscow, it is adjacent to the All-Russian Exhibition Center and the Botanical Garden. Covering an area of 6.7 hectares with a total planned construction area of 105,000 square meters, it integrates high-grade office buildings, a five-star business hotel (namely Sunshine Hotel), a modern convention and exhibition center, serviced apartments and a Chinese-style garden into one. After completion, it will become the headquarters base for Chinese enterprises in Russia, a high-quality product exhibition center, a trading center and an information center. It is a landmark project of China-Russia practical cooperation, a flagship project for the docking of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union strategy, and a well-deserved business card of China. It undertakes the great trust of the leaders of China and Russia, and is also an important window to show the image of Chinese enterprises and the "craftsmanship spirit" of contemporary China. Its completion and use are of extraordinary significance.
As the only Chinese interior decoration construction unit in this project that undertakes all the main building decoration projects such as the star-rated hotel and serviced apartments, as well as all the electrical and mechanical projects within the scope of weak current and decoration, Grandland Group's total contract amount is as high as 667 million yuan (based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of winning the bid).
